Affiliate Program (Partner’s Program)

1. Payment dates and quotas can be changed without notice.
2. Dynamic Nutrition reserves the right to refuse payment to any affiliate accounts. This includes and is not limited to investigations based on suspicions of illegal activities such as fraudulent purchases.
3. The affiliate program and any related programs can cease without notice
4. Dynamic Nutrition reserves the right to refuse approval and/or removal of affiliate accounts without any reason.
5. It is the sole responsibility of the Partner’s to declare their taxable income to their countries relevant tax agency. Dynamic Nutrition will declare all dispersed payments to affiliate members without prejudice.
6. Immediate suspension of affiliate accounts are the sole discretion of Dynamic Nutrition
